They're worth it if you want a change of pace, are still learning how to cook and put together a meal, and if you have a coupon/rebate. I've used Freshly for a year or two. They are very handy to take to the office and microwave there, the time it saves me (both prep and then saved time not having to leave my office to get lunch) both make it worth it for me.
